On 23 April 2024, the Committee on Contributions and Administrative and Budgetary Matters (CCAAP), currently composed of Argentina, Belize, Brazil, Ecuador, and Mexico (which holds the current presidency), oversaw the implementation of the provisions of the Financial Regulations and reports to the Council, currently composed of Argentina, Brazil, Guatemala, Mexico, and Panama (which holds the rotating presidency), on each of its meetings. All OPANAL members participated freely in both bodies.
