III Ordinary Period of Sessions of the General Conference

The Third Regular Session of the General Conference was held in Mexico City from August 21 to 24, 1973 and was chaired by His Excellency Dr. José Ricardo Martínez Cobo, Ambassador of the Republic of Ecuador. The representative of Bolivia and the representative of Costa Rica were elected as the two Vice Presidents.

At the Conference, several topics were discussed such as the second report of the Council, the report of the Secretary General among others. In addition, several resolutions were adopted, including:
