The OPANAL Secretariat had the honor of receiving Her Excellency Ambassador Sonia Leticia Cruz Lozano, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Honduras in Mexico, accompanied by Minister Colonel Dennis McCoy and First Secretary Darwing Sadrac Irias Castellanos. The delegation reaffirmed Honduras' commitment to the Organization.
The Republic of Honduras signed the Treaty of Tlatelolco on February 14, 1967, and ratified it on September 23, 1968.
