We welcome Minister Counselor Yesica Noemí Fonseca Martínez and Counselor Álvaro De Los Ríos Diez from the Embassy of Peru in Mexico, reaffirming our shared commitment to peace and security in Latin America and the Caribbean, as well as to the promotion of nuclear disarmament and non-proliferation.
Peru is a State Party to the Treaty of Tlatelolco after having signed it on February 14, 1967, on the day of its opening for signature and ratified it on March 4, 1969.
