21-Sept-2017.- During the general debate of the 61st General Conference of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), Ambassador Antonio Roberto Castellanos López – Permanent Representative of Guatemala to International Organizations based in Vienna and Coordinator of OPANAL in that city, delivered a statement on behalf of the Secretary-General of the Agency for the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons in Latin America and the Caribbean (OPANAL).
